One of my goals for 2007 is to become a better studio photographer and better at using external light sources to light a scene. Mini-Uzz looked really cool one day (a very cool Sonic the Hedgehog shirt), so I made it a point to run by the studio and take him and try a few things out...here are a couple of pics (remember to click on pics to see larger versions):
It really is scary just how big he is now! He is not my little boy anymore...at least size-wise. He is beginning to look like a teenager and that scares me a little bit! Anyway...I used a blue gel on a dark background with a spot and then centered him accordingly. I like the side lighting. I need to find models of all kinds to try out new techniques, so if anyone has any idea where to find them cheap, let me know!
He's huge. Where did the time go? Nice shots, too.

Maybe next time I'm in Dallas I'll grab the Boyfriend and you can try some shots out on us. It's been years since we've had pics taken together.

Great Pictures of a Good Looking Subject.
He's getting so big! Teenage years are coming fast.
